I enjoyed the fantastic cocktails at the bar and a nice massage at the spa, but unfortunately, the breakfast was limited in choice.

Well presented food, quiet and immaculate room with a large bed in a loft, shower plus separate WC. A wide array of food at breakfast like eggs, bacon, cheese and bread.

Liked my lovely stay on both nights of my stay. I ate at a fantastic restaurant with great dishes. It had central location close to Museum of Fine Arts;))

a good escape with superb breakfast options and cute staff
The really good service was touched with genuine warmth, and the breakfast was so nice with its good variety. The attention to detail in our room left us feeling pampered. It was a luxurious haven where every element felt thoughtfully curated. Our dining experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant was enchanting, with beautiful presentations and flavors that transcended our culinary dreams. The overall ambiance of the hotel, from the fine courtyard views to the relaxing atmosphere, was lovely.

Eat very well. Interior design excellent. Staff very friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Prices of wine and food very correct
The TV in the room was broken, we were already in our pyjamas when the service offered us to change the room. Too much trouble after unpacking. Then the Maitre d'Hotel had suggested us to choose the menu with 3 courses from the map. Then he went away and sent a nice waitress to take the order. But she ordered everything à la carte with big portions, which was too much for us. With the bill we had to pay for 2 persons instead of 114€, full 176€. When paying the bill I explained this to the young lady. I would have expected that an appreciation for the inconvenience would have been a reaction. Unfortunately nothing at all. I have paid everything without comment. It's a pity we had to leave this beautiful house a bit bitter. I myself was a starred chef and had my own starred restaurant for 25 years.

The staff was fantastic. We did not eat in the restaurant but the hotel was gorgeous and very comfortable.
A wonderful choice of places to stay. Just wish we had more information (ie. reviews) about the restaurant.

Very nice ambience on arrival. gorgeous garden.
We changed rooms on arrival as the first room was very pokey on the top floor. Having read previous reviews where we read not to accept an attic room when we did our reservation we noted 'not an attic room'. The lady on reception said all the hotel rooms were fully booked. When we asked to speak to the manager we given given another room. Strange about that! breakfast very expensive at EU15. Have a lovely one in the village.

I enjoyed wandering through the nearby Bouzaize Park, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and explored the quaint streets leading to La Moutarderie Fallot, a must-visit. The staff were very good.

Hostellerie Le Cedre is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the surrounding vinyards. The food was of a very high standard and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The little extras served with drinks was very well appreciated, and Beaune itself is a magical place to stay for both a quiet vacation, or to hire bikes and explore the quaint surrounding villages and vinyards. We can not find fault with anything, and even with teenage children would highly recommend a stay! We will definatley be back one day, and will recommend to family and friends!

It was a nice stay. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was nice as was to be expected for a four star hotel. No complaints and would stay here again.

Here's why it's a mixed review
The friendly and helpful staff made our arrival smooth, and the lovely garden was a perfect spot to enjoy drinks. Dining at the restaurant offered an very nice culinary experience, nice.
Delayed check-in left us frustrated after a long journey, and the inconsistent breakfast service was disappointing with slow replenishment and limited options.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The resturant was one of our favorites after two weeks in France. The location was two blocks from the center of Beaune with great museums, shopping and restaurants.
No complaints after thinking about it for ten minutes.
